1955 Chevrolet Nomad

This incredible ‘55 Nomad is powered with balanced & blueprinted Chevy 383ci engine pushing 500 HP. It’s capped with a polished aluminum intake manifold and is topped with a polished Holley supercharger with a Holley 850cfm 4-barrel carburetor. Other jewels attached to this engine are the polished aluminum water pump, polished aluminum ball milled valve covers, polished aluminum air conditioning compressor. For spark it’s using a MSD ignition system, Accel Super Stock 8 mm plug wires, and a Hi torque starter. Polished stainless steel lines and extensive braided stainless steel lines run through the engine bay along with polished stainless steel bolts and fasteners. Eddie Motor Sports billet hinges support the hood and a polished aluminum radiator, custom radiator support, polished air conditioning condenser, dual electric cooling fans, polished stainless steel overflow reservoir, polished alternator, and polished brackets line the engine bay along with Sanderson ceramic coated exhaust headers hooked to a custom Borla stainless steel exhaust. This powerhouse is pushing a built TH350 automatic transmission with a shift kit and a Hughes 2,500 RPM stall torque converter. A custom tranny and flywheel inspection cover has been installed also.

As you enter the interior you’ll notice Vintage Air controls and vents, Auto-Meter white face gauges, Flaming River chrome tilt steering column, Billet Specialties steering wheel, Lokar pedals, power windows, polished billet knobs and controls, Kenwood multimedia stereo head unit, Alpine amplifiers, and Kicker speakers w/subwoofer. Custom built Electronic fuel filler door and electronic lighted rear drop down license plate holder.

The Body has subtle changes throughout along with tinted glass, chrome rear view mirror and dual chrome side mirrors, smoothed and tucked one piece front and rear bumpers body paint matched inside and chromed outside, custom built chrome grille, and halogen headlights with LED turn signals.

finished with Billet Specialties 18" polished alloy wheels,

Pirelli 245/40-R18 front tires and Pirelli 275/45-ZR1 rear tires. The polished wheels and classic Nomad style chrome trim accentuate the overall finish

Art Morrison GT Sport chassis with the rear chromed four link hooked to a Currie 9" rear-end, supported with PAC Racing Springs adjustable rear coil over shocks for the perfect stance. It’s finished off with Wilwood power disc brakes, using slotted and cross-drilled brake rotors. Up front is an Art Morrison Chromed independent suspension, polished tubular control arms, 2" drop spindles, and chrome front sway bar with PAC Racing Springs adjustable front coil overs. In the engine bay is a polished power steering pump with a remote reservoir to push an Art Morrison power rack & pinion steering.
