What Happens to my Personal Information if I Terminate my Account?

When your account is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in "deactivated" status on our relevant The FOAT databases. However, you should know that deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information if necessary in order to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

The FOAT Ticket Service

Ticket purchases through The FOAT Ticket Service are secured and protected by Godaddy and Authorize Net. We do not share your credit card information with the event organizers. We only share your contact information (not credit card information) with the event organizer when you purchase a ticket or tickets to their event. You agree The FOAT shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the dissemination of your contact information to the event organizer.

Linked Sites

It is important to note that our Website contains links to other websites and that those other websites will not follow the same privacy notice. This includes links from advertisers, content providers and trade partners who may use our logo and/or style as part of a co-branding agreement. These other websites may collect data from you that we would not and may use that data in ways that we would not.
