Today, I can call myself a “Legends of The Autobahn West 2022 WINNER” I Won 1st Place in the AUDI Sport Group at the 2022 Legends of the Autobahn at the Gulf Course in Pacific Grove, CA 93950 (Monterey). The Legends of the Autobahn is the “ALL ELITE” German-car show. It is organized by the BMW Car Club of America, the Mercedes-Benz Club of America, and the Audi Club of North America and the show is open to any German car, even defunct brands like NSU and Wanderer. It was car week!! The show was filled with a mix of modified and stock cars and although judging happens, the atmosphere is very professional. In case you don’t know this, AUDI means, “Auto Union Deutschland Ingolstadt” It took me a day to digest that I have won one of the most prestigious awards in the AUDI World. My AUDI TT Roadster came in First Place in the AUDI Sport Class and was one of the most proudest days of my life. Name: The Audi TT takes its name from the successful motor racing tradition of NSU in the British Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) motorcycle race. NSU marque began competing at the Isle of Man TT in 1907 with the UK manager Martin Geiger finishing in fifth position in the single-cylinder race.
