Who handles refunds?

There are no refunds for this event.

I bought tickets but I can't go to the event. Can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately you can't receive a refund if you can't attend the event.

How are postponed events handled?

Import Spring Showoff is a Rain or Shine event. This means that the event will not be cancelled. ** SPECIAL COVID-19 NOTICE - If the event gets canceled before May 1, 2022 all customers will be fully refunded. If the event gets canceled May 1, 2022 and after your ticket will act as a raincheck for a future Import Spring Showoff.

Can I give away my tickets to someone else as a gift (or if I am unable to attend)?

Tickets are Non-Transferable. However in certain circumstances Import Spring Showoff may allow you to Transfer (but not sell) your ticket to someone else. ISS must be notified of all changes 3 days prior to the event.


Terms of Service for Import Spring Showoff

Import Spring Showoff is a Rain or Shine Event. All Sales are Final. Tickets are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. Due to the event being within a gated area all ticketed vehicles must arrive to the venue no later than 1:30pm MST or you will forfeit your ticket and not be allowed vehicle entry. No Refunds will be given for Late Arrival.

**Tickets are delivered by email after a completed order. Under no circumstances are tickets delivered by mail.

**By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are gathered. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending the event you voluntarily assume all risk associated with COVID-19. Please stay home if you are experiencing fever, cough or other symptoms associated with COVID-19, as detailed by the Centers for Disease Control.
