Honda Motorcycle and Scooters India (HMSI) launched the 2018 version of the CD dream DX with gold colored body graphics, chrome exhaust muffler and lot more in India at 48,641(ex-showroom, Delhi). The Japanese automaker plans to sell a lot more units of this bike with the updated 2018 version.
The bike weighs 109 kgs which is fitted with a diamond type frame. A flat seat and rare carrier make the design very practical and a durable suspension provide a stress-free commute. An 8 liter fuel tank gives the bike a long running range and would require less refueling. It comes with a twin pod instrument cluster and an analog display.
The bike comes with 6 spoke alloy wheels and 4 colour options: New Black with Cabin Gold , Black with Grey Silver Metallic, Black with Green Metallic and Black with Blue Metallic.
When it comes to mechanics the bike remains unchanged and it has the same 109.19cc, single-cylinder air cooled engine. At 5000 Rpm the bike gives out 8.42 PS of power and 9.09 Nm of torque. The bike has a top speed of 86 kmph and has a very generous fuel efficiency with the HET (Honda Eco Technology) engine.
Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria, the automakers senior vice president of sale and Marketing stated that ?The iconic CD brand has been winning the trust of millions of customers globally since 1966 [?..]Taking forward its legacy the 2018 CD 110 Dream DX offers the same level of trust and reliability.? He also added, ?We are confident that the new edition too will garner good response from our customers especially when there are sentiments in rural demand.?
