12v vr6 refreshed internals, 268 Techtonics cams, custom made 2.9 clone intake manifold with the throttle body turned facing  opposite direction, Neuspeed lightweight pulley set,  S&P aluminum dual core radiator,  in tank  DW 200 fuel pump with a DW fuel filter with new lines and custom fuel line holders, Autotech lightweight flywheel with a stage 2 Southbend street clutch.  hydo clutch converted to cable,  custom made stainless steal exhaust a Vibrant muffler and a full wire tuck.

right hand drive conversion, fully shaved mk2 dash reupholstered with black leather and silver stitching , classic nardi wood grain steering wheel, chrome plated pedal cluster, mk2 electric front seats leather sides with perforated suede inserts with Recaro ralley mesh headrest and Schroth 4 point harness , custom made rear bucket seats with Corrado headrests, electric windows, chrome plated pedal assembly and reupholstered door cards. 

color changed Porsche Miami blue, shaved bay, fully rewired and loomed entire wiring  harness, hidden under the dash is a braille b2618 battery, yellow taillights, rear small euro bumpers, shaved rear panel side moldings holes filled, fender flares removed and replaced with 1/4 flairs, Happich pop-outs polished Porsche door handle,  front euro fenders shaved, hoods washer spray holes deleted, driver side whipper arm hole shaved, badgeless grill, yellow tinted headlights, front euro bumper and a Voomeran front duck bill.

all new bearing and bushings throughout, Ksport control pro KP 36 way damper coilovers, front MMP wilwood 11" 4 piston calipers with lightweight 2 piece drilled and slotted  rotors, rear mk4 calipers with drilled and slotted rotors, full polished stainless brakelines.

Iv been a car enthusiast since 2001 i was 15 and couldn’t wait to drive. I bought the car about 13 years ago as a winter beater for $1,500 it was a black 1987 Golf GTI with 80k  from a  kid in  CT that had got it for his first car from his grandparents he told me he drove the car to school and back for 2 years. The only thing done to the car was he changed the small doors and small  with big door/ bumpers.  i was now  the 3rd owner,  once i got the car home and gave it a good look over i couldn't let myself drive a car  that had vary little rust in the winter, so i cleaned it up put wheels and coilovers on it and drove it for a few summers. after a few years of going to shows i had a itch to build a car that would stand out at one of these shows. winter of 2016 i striped the car down and started the restoration. im not a mechanic or a body guy by trade but iv learned alot from friends who were and i wanted to do the most i could on my own. There’s a lot more to the story but I won’t bore you. Staggered will be my debut show! I have a few future plans for next season to improve the car and make it 100% perfect in my eyes.
