Refund Policy for Koss MotorSports - KMS Drift

Who handles refunds?

There are no refunds for events held with Koss Motorsports.

What if a change of location/venue occurs but remains on the same date?

If an event's location/venue is changed but occurs on the same date as the previous location/venue you can only use your ticket for the changed location/venue and not any other event through the course of the calendar year (for example, if you purchased a ticket for a March 1st event in Orlando, FL and the event gets changed to Gainesville, FL and remains on March 1st your ticket is only good for that event). If you do not use your ticket you purchased for the event it will become invalid. By accepting this policy you release all operators, employees and agents from all claims.

How are postponed or canceled events handled?

If your event is postponed or canceled, your ticket will act as a rain check for the calendar year you purchased a ticket (for example, if you purchase a ticket in February of 2012 and the event was either canceled or postponed you will be able to use your ticket for any future event in 2012). If you do not use your ticket in the calendar year you purchased it will become invalid for the next calendar year. By accepting this policy you release all operators, employees and agents from all claims.

I bought tickets but I can't go to the event. Can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately you cannot receive a refund if you cannot attend an event. You can give the tickets away as described below.

Can I give away my tickets to someone else as a gift (or if I am unable to attend)?

Yes, you may purchase tickets to an event and forward the email containing the link with the tickets to anyone else to use the tickets for the event. The tickets are transferable so if you have some tickets and can't attend, feel free to give the tickets away. But please remember, one ticket per person and no refunds.
